The presence of human resources who have the transversal skills needed to successfully overcome the continuous changes of the modern world of work is the most important competitive advantage, because it is the most difficult to copy. It does not depend on a recipe, a secret formula or a new technology to be purchased, but on the psycho-physical well-being of the men and women who make the organizational reality unique.

Thanks to the methodology of experiential training and Outdoor Training, Agora develops these skills within the work teams of every type of organization. From start-ups and small and medium-sized businesses that want to strengthen their identity, to larger, already established companies that want to outperform the competition.

The consultancy phases

Every organization is unique and unrepeatable and this is why the first step of any consultancy or training course should be a pre-analysis of the organizational reality. This allows you to plan the training experience in the best way, directing it directly to the skills that are missing or critical.

The second step consists in designing the training experience based on the pre-analysis data. You will choose which metaphor will be used, the most suitable location and the duration of the outdoor training.

The third step is Outdoor Training. The experience can vary from one day to a two-night weekend and will be carried out in natural contexts.

The last step is the Follow Up after two or three months, where the real changes will be verified over time.
